Pros
They pay on time, they offer decent (not great) insurance coverage for the cost. Hypothetically, they also offer opportunity for lateral movement within the company, in case you're looking to move or work for a different client (I never saw this in practice).

* Literally nothing they offer you or promise you is worth anything until you see it in writing (and they will promise you dreams just like a used car salesman), even if you've been with them for some time. * They think nothing of essentially toying with you. I was highly encouraged to take a job in a different region, and offered a relocation package to get there. I had gotten my girlfriend on board, and was midway through telling everyone I knew that I was moving when they decided that they weren't going to do that after all (I was not a delinquent employee btw -- I have received multiple awards from management). * Be ready to be micromanaged in every possible way by people in a different country desperate to find things wrong so they can justify keeping their jobs. * Hopefully you have been banking vacation days, because they'll make you use them if you want to be paid for holidays you're supposed to be paid for and have off. * HCL will come up with and then implement an idea immediately, then put you and everyone else on the hook for working out the issues.
