Worst job I ever had - Senior Data Analyst bei HCLTech: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Awful pay, 1% salary increase per year, toxic work environment. Not enough vacations days. There is no career growth, most hcl google contractors are just there just to have a job and a free meal , no desire to growth as professionals. The job is extremely basic, even a kindergarten can do it , that’s why hcl hires people that studies other majors not related to data analysis. The management is extremely petty and could be a lot of micromanagement. Contractors are treated inferior than google employees. There is a union now but nothing has changed
