I worked in the ASM space and learnt a lot , HCL establishes a predictable methodology across the organization by defining, supporting and governing a Unified Application Support and Maintenance (ASM)services across verticals and horizontals.
Kontras
Business and ASM / AD managed services delivery is not aligned this leads to escalations and delivery issues. There must a core team to lead an initiative to align business with delivery. Contracts are signed without proper due diligence this leads to delivery slippages and escalations.
