There are some very good people and ideas here. The company knows how to change rapidly. They have clients all over the world, if you are interested in changing your geo.

Cronyism is rampant, management and company culture is to bleed the employee of dedication and hard work, and offer no compensation increases. Mid-level managers have no power to influence compensation decisions. Even if you get high marks, the HR decision-makers will not give you an increase. There are frequent HR and Payroll problems, and little or no support to get issues resolved. Management is incentivized to keep costs, and even vacation, sick and on-call pay to a minimum. There have been a few instances of employees who have had to report violations to the department of labor.
