A company with full of illiterate Managers - Lead Developer bei HCLTech: Mitarbeiterbewertung

No Learning Path When you go to managers to to discuss your growth path..They even don't know what that should be. You can survive in the company with even no knowledge 80% of the managers all illiterate. They have neither technical knowledge nor managerial specifically very bad in spoken English. I don't know what they are doing in projects but when it comes to go onsite, they are ready even they return with zero knowledge transfer. They became the managers just because they survived there for more than 10 years.
