Its just about the Staples project Its pathetic, and absurd extreme third class workforce and politics as this is a service desk project The one who actually works is never considered but the on who is close to the manager just because they drink with them are always rewarded. I believe the HR is also aware of these problems but thy don't care. People are just involved in unnecessary credit making. Mental harassment is at its hig. The view of Management towards a new employee depends on the other old employees.
