The staff, both colleagues and ancillary are so friendly and helpful. Union available to join.
Kontras
The training is poor - more a demo and off you go. Unless you are computer savvy or have previous experience in a call centre then there is no point in applying - yes the training is that bad. Team leaders can be slow to assist, even though there is a limit to how long customers can be on hold. Getting paid correctly/on time can be an issue. Very high staff turnover.
