Great benefits, child care allowance, vacation, and 401K matching. While other companies prices are way out of the norm for costs they are still relatively low with a $15 copay.

More training on US time. Most benefit training is held during the very early hours in US and is not organized. The bridge lines need muted and need to have more control in large groups.
