Raises are rarely and when one receives a raise it's not up to standards. There is no advancement opportunities and once one is locked in a role that isn't management that individual will never advance. Any possibilities of switching to a new contract or career path is not possible. The company prides itself about giving the employee the opportunity to chart their careers, but in actuality the employee doesn't have that opportunity as this is merely corporate propaganda.
