Don’t believe anything a manager promises you about compensation if you agree to take on more responsibility or switch projects. If you have direct employment opportunities, I suggest you show no loyalty to HCL. Their business model is built on not paying employees competitive wages and offshoring as much as they can to save the client money on IT staffing.
