I want to share a professional experience to help other candidates navigate the hiring process more realistically. After investing significant time and preparation, communication suddenly stopped with no closure, update, or formal rejection. While I understand that hiring priorities change, prolonged silence after active engagement reflects a lack of professional courtesy and transparency. Candidates plan their careers, manage other opportunities, and make decisions based on these processes.
