Rest of the employees can watch them celebrate Deepawali, Holi in office campus only but from far away so that they can not be disturbed while celebrating. 5 Hcltech is a big family . A family where higher seniors celebrate festivals separately and lower and mid level employees are left to work in ODCs. Or not allowed to go in their celebrations.
