HRA provided was only ₹1,500, which doesn’t even cover a single day’s hotel cost. There was no cab service or temporary accommodation for new joinees, which is a standard practice in most other companies. Managers and team leads have a toxic attitude towards new joinees and team members. Even the budget allocated for the yearly team party was kept by higher management — that’s the level of petty theft taking place. No relocation support was provided, even though the project was remote and the team member was in dire need of relocation.
