There are lot of politics going when I was on notice period they block my yearly bonus which was part of my CTC just because I didn't accept their retention offer and I deliberately Manager gave me lowest annual rank despite spending 15 months I couldn't get my bonus because of this politics I was expecting atleast DP in my annual review since I delivered many project so think about multiple times before joining
