- Transfer salary on time. - Flexible timings.

- HCIactive do not have any defined policy for appraisals. - Ironically senior management use emotional statements to make employees sympathetic towards the company. (Statements by senior management: I am not going to keep the money, I am not going to rich by keeping the money) - These kind of statements exhibits that company doesn't give any regards to professional/work ethics. - Fake promises were made by HCIactive senior management (involves both India and US team). We were informed by senior management, in December 2018 - January 2019 we will get salary hike and promotions rather company has fired 50-60% of employees (from both US and India Team) without any valid reason or notice. - Nobody can trust a company without employment/work ethics. - There is no infrastructure, no work environment and no work culture.

Very good to work with colleagues and good relations with staff

Remember - Seniors is making fake commitments to you.. 1. Communication gaps between staff specially with seniors. 2. Sometimes they become rude which is not good at all. 3. Environment become worst due to seniors behaviour with juniors including senior managements.
