It all starts from the top, at Hatch Beauty it's with the 2 co-founders and EVP. Ego-obsessed, catty, childish and unprofessional are the immediate words that come to mind. Extremely aggressive and unhealthy expectations foster an incredibly stressful work environment. Turnover at a soaring ly high rate results in severe lack of training yet management will hold staff accountable for SOP's rarely followed by themselves or their 'favorite' employees.
