People work together as a team to reach their objectives, even when times are stressful.

Company is growing quickly (not necessarily a con!) so there are many projects in the pipeline which require a high level of agility and comfort with ambiguity. This growth can create conflicting priorities, where to focus efforts and resources within and cross-functionally. However, senior management is aware of this constraint and manages it well.
