Good technology firm in the Detroit area. They are located where they need to be around the world to do business with their customers. The global leadership is strong within the business units, but they don't seem to work together at all. The senior management seemed to communicate to their teams enough.
Kontras
Very big company that is spread around the world. The engineering teams are mostly in Europe, but the Sales and Marketing teams are in the USA. Information is sometimes very difficult to find within the company. There is a cultural difference between the EU and US teams that was a challenge.
