Depending on your office, most co-workers are very friendly and willing to help. H&R Block provides a lot of resources online, which allows you to figure the answer to a tax problem very efficiently.

The pay is compensation based. For new employees, this could be a problem. It does take some years to build your client base. The training for new employees could be more efficient and better. Some offices do not have adequate office supplies and materials, but that really depends on your office. Some clients can be hard to deal with.
