Working as a consultant can be difficult

Excellent collaborative entrepreneurial environment, I cannot find enough positive adjectives! I have been working for Gurulink for 5 Years now. I actually joined Gurulink after spending some years as a disgruntled 'agency recruiter' and was on the verge of going corporate or switching industries altogether when they reached out to me. As a jaded recruiter who had experienced the dredges of working for agencies I was skeptical at first but I soon realized that Gurulink's business model was unique, the partners bend over backwards to facilitate success for their team. You really have the opportunity to make income that would make doctors green with envy but . . . . you have to work HARD! Fortunately their culture fosters a work hard/play hard philosophy that ensures you will never get burnt out as you are for all intents and purposes YOUR OWN BOSS when you work at Gurulink.

Like anything else worth having, you have to work hard to succeed at Gurulink, this is not a structured environment where you will be micromanaged or have some suit breathing over your shoulder - as a result if you do not have self discipline or self motivation or drive and are lazy you will fail there, really needs an entrepreneurial mindset, though resources and support are available to help even 'newbies' become successful.
