Benefits are ok and colleagues friendly

MD who thinks he needs a handful of ppl to run the company and that others are useless.He listens to staffs who he likes (who he brought in and promote them) as opposed to be independent.He uses his ears as to his brains to run the company. KPI is to be early to work as opposed to staff doing their work is the company goal in deciding to give bonus and increment to that staff. HR who is very slow and inefficient to attend to emails but sending warning letter is fast and they send it out when it is middle of the year so that that staff will not get anything.All this time HR is sleeping..they purposely target certain individual.MD favourite ppls are not given letter although they r all late.HR is basically a dummy to do those acts.All the awards received by company is based on the previous MD's work.This MD has only caused stress and the break among staffs in the company.

friendly colleagues depends on your department. easy to apply AL or MC, the don’t usually question why you are taking your leave, depends on the boss.

too much workload. when staff resigns they will distribute to existing employees. if its a big project maybe they will consider a new staff. not much benefits, no annual dinners.
