Work life balance - workload is manageable, hardly had to OT while I worked there Good support system - helpful colleagues, very bonded as we work hard together to manage our crazy bosses

Senior mgmt (GM and above) are temperamental and indecisive - no clear direction and keeps changing decisions based on their mood. Some have severe behavioral issues causing distress to their staff. It was very mentally draining for me when I was there. Stingy to employees lack of foresight in terms of spending - always trying to cut cost but sacrifice quality
