(No fun holiday parties or corporate events) (Low moral and miserable coworkers) (Boring work environment where hours feel like days) *The building is old & always under construction. (No views or windows, cubicles feel like prison.) (Horrible parking, have to fight for spots.) The company does not care about employees. (Organization focuses on profits & will allow a department to remain understaffed & employees overworked) *Flat Organization - No opportunity for growth *Low Salaries/ No merit increases *Horrible work/life balance (No ability to work from home and long office hours) *No training & development None of the "extras" that come with working in O&G. This company is cheap & gives us the bare minimum.
