The Chairman thrives in chaos and constantly shifting priorities, and his management style can be very harsh. Expectations are often unclear, and even when you follow instructions exactly, you still end up being blamed if he doesn’t like the end result. There’s little accountability on his end, even when there’s a clear paper trail showing you did what was asked. Turnover in this role is extremely high, and onboarding is minimal, so you’re often left to figure things out on your own.
