However, I encountered project managers who expected associates to monitor all client communications, which is not aligned with their role. -Toxic Culture: I observed a concerning culture where senior team members often remarked about their own challenging experiences, implying that associates should endure similar hardships. This mentality fosters an unhealthy work environment and discourages open communication. - Ineffective Management: The workforce consists largely of young professionals, and many managers lack the experience necessary to effectively lead and develop their teams. There seems to be little interest in supporting employees' career progression, as many managers view their roles as temporary stepping stones. - Minimal Salary Increases: Compensation adjustments are notably low, which does not reflect the effort and dedication put forth by employees.
