The work culture here in Guidepoint is so far the best in my entire career history. The people here are dynamic, fun-loving and treat one another with care and respect. We are more like friends than colleagues even though the demographic is pretty diverse with people of different nationalities and backgrounds. At the same time, we work hard together to achieve the best results for the company, constantly challenging our personal best. The company also has pretty good remuneration and benefits especially for fresh graduates. There is a wide selection of free flow snacks and drinks from the vending machine in the pantry and there has been many cohesions organised for the employees as well. Bosses trust the employees and always provide autonomy to employees to propose changes and make a real impact in the office. Great work life balance too.

The job nature tends to be a bit limiting in terms of how much learning an individual could have in their tenure here. A lot of times the learning curve is steep at the start of the career here and then learning tapers off after a while.
