The managers are friendly and new joiners have the opportunity to grow and learn without fear of backlash.

Promotion/growth is quite flat as compared to bigger companies. There are several tiers now which increases promotion opportunity as compared to previous years. Your work will involve contacting experts or clients, which might take place after office hours. The management doesn't enforce overtime, but this will inevitably spill over into personal time.
