Review titled “Solid place to work. ” was not written by an employee. I worked at GP for a few years and can say with certainty that this sounds like someone on the management team wrote it. Summary in the Cons section is what they tell people during interviews, I heard it over and over when I interviewed for my team. The actual work environment is more reflected in some of the other reviews that give 1-2 star ratings. The truth is, people are severely micromanaged, not paid as well as they used to be, with no career growth potential. I would describe it as a toxic environment.
