No leadership , no strategic business plans, no policy and procedure , ill management and incompetent senior managers, managers ..nepotism and favoritism ,No organizational development , no personal and professional development and growth . It’s lacking behind at least a decade , (operations and technologies ) ,. Self denial -how could they still ask the reasons for leaving company ? They can find most of the answers in Glassdoor .
