6yThank you for your feedback. We appreciate you giving us insight into your particular experience and are invested in ensuring a positive work experience for all Guidepoint employees. Many of our client service employees are exposed to many different industries and sectors and move on to careers within them. We also have a strong practice of promoting from within, and we have formal procedures to ensure employees are rewarded for their work. During review meetings, employees have an opportunity for self-evaluation as well as feedback from their manager against the objectives set. All employees are given targets to help them move into higher positions and all promotions are well-deserved based on performance and merit. We also have a quarterly bonus structure based on performance. Our standard business hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm with some longer hours required sometimes based on our client needs. To ensure there is no confusion we make sure to discuss positions here thoroughly throughout the entire interview process.
