Incompetent managers , poor management , lack of transparency , no policy and procedure . No mission , core values , direction . Some project managers are incapable being leader for associates,; favoritism: you would never know how they assign the projects and tasks and assess your performance . They only care about the number of successful calls . High turnover rate: the job content and lack of opportunity for personal and professional growth .
