-Pay not competitive with competitors -Too silo'd. Once you are aligned to an account/practice, it's very difficult to transfer out -Most middle managers are completely inept and lack soft skills. (especially the CPAs). -No clear guidance on Trainings/L&D opportunities. There is no formal training portal to take the required trainings for credentials... no signs of obtaining reimbursement either. -Lots of talent leaving. The same talent is being replaced by lower-quality resources.
