I get to be a part of a company that emphasizes the use of natural materials and loose parts theory, as we create open-ended toys that unleash a child’s imagination through free, unstructured play. We also create beautifully built, functional furniture for the home and classroom. This is a great thing to be involved in! Plus, I get to work remotely!
I'm love that I'm not micro-managed, and the management style has improved greatly in my 16 years with the company. I feel valued, and that is truly a key point.
