None the past several years working there. Most people working there don’t like their jobs and only stay for the paycheck

Focus is just on selling product and management could care less about engineering. Favoritism has allowed several people to get promoted which has caused a lot of skilled engineers that helped to build the company to leave. Engineers are overworked and underpaid. All mgmt cares about are sales numbers anyways.
