Poor Management. Inaccurate job descriptions given in job posts. Inaccurate job duties shared during interviewing. Little opportunity. Hostile environment - people were dropping like flies while I was there. The stereotypical "fast past work environment" really meaning understaffed, undertraining, and with a lack of resources.
