      I have had a great experience working for Rate Insurance. Managers have high expectations and have been supportive of my development. The insurance company is very invested in building a tech platform that makes it easier for everyone to do their job and serve our customers.

      The contribution towards 401k and other benefits is low.

      Pros

      I worked with the best of the best in my industry, led by a brilliant manager. Remote Work, Semi-Flexible Schedule, Overtime was allowed sometimes.

      Kontras

      The volume of work was intense, and you were expected to find your own cover for shifts if you're taking any time off, pay was not enough for the amount of stress. Asked to have an owners mentality but when you actually put this in practice management steps in and takes over, excluding you from being able to own anything. Insurance was terrible, too expensive.
