Work life balance is non existent. They constantly restructure and make changes before analyzing whether the change would be a good fit. All departments are in a constant state of chaos. Executive team is blind to the operational side of the business. They make decisions without gathering all information and when the new structure isn't working and are provided proof of the inefficiency's, they don't care and everyone continues to suffer. They currently executed mass layoffs and removed a great deal of long term employees who know and understand the business.
