Pros
The children are well taken care of , pay is good for a childcare center . Food is freshly made , and bought from kwik trip, target, Walmart . Employees get free childcare on first child .
Kontras
Management isn’t the greatest- very shady and secretive &two faced towards staff . I don’t believe they have their employees best interest at heart . A lot of what they do is for show . They don’t have health insurance or benefits. They plan work related events after hours and on weekends ….they cut regular work during the week just so we can work those . There’s no communication when change happens .
