No training only exploring people Exploitations of employees with no work life balance They are hiring people with their own rules against the LAW. Just check the age of the people hired. Also not hiring anyone above 32. Don't accept employees with different colour. Gender inequality. Board members are just puppets of the owner with no self respect, humility nor humanity. Hierarchy at it's limit! Ignoring people to feel powerful and superior. Many departments were fired for no reason (Mr Roullier decided that it is not a good idea but not due to performance) during my work time and they just get away with it. Don't let them destroy your career.

Good Agriculture Company with excellent reputation especially in Fertilizer.

I was employed as the sales manager. There is autocracy over there and The most ridiculous thing is the Spanish keep making blind of the French team. She thinks the French team is "incapable " and "the woman who lives in the bubble dream ". She do whatever she wants, wasting the money and when there is question or blame, it is Chinese who don't know how to work and the French team are stupid pig also. So, i left this company cos i realize this is a totally mess working there.
