Employees are getting fired for unfair reasons, and extremely high expectations with scorecards. - Job description says it's hybrid, but worked in a scheduled rotation where it's required to be in the office almost every day. - Favoritism. Got frustrated having specific adjudicators report me to the audit teams and supervisors over complex claims they can fix themselves, but never report other employees who "look" like them. - Only get a 30-minute unpaid lunch break - Don't have my own desk, first come first serve to sit at a desk - Working there is like a sweat factory. Had to skip 30-minute breaks to meet extremely high claims expectations or deal with stacks of mailed-in paper claims that need to be sorted out by the end of the day each day
