Never work for this company. (Groundwork South - Devon and Cornwall) - Apprentice bei Groundwork: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Poor communication and management skills. Underpaid all staff. Failed to provide a written contract. Terminated all contracts early. Failed to provide the relevant training for the job (this was an apprenticeship) in a recycling and waste disposal centre. I was not trained to handle or inspect hazardous waste, despite the fact that full training was to be provided and only a handful of other staff had the training to do so. Wasted 12 months of my life undertaking this apprenticeship and I never even had a chance to complete it. This was supposed to be at least an 18 month contract for a two year apprenticeship framework, my employment was terminated after 13 months after failings with their contractor. Absolutely disgraceful company.
