There is no company culture. They see you like a cost not like a person. Some employees were fired because company didn’t want to pay maternity leave. Decisions are made in USA but they don’t talk with the teams who will be affected. There is pay freeze for about six years now. You must do work of other people when they are gone until also your job goes to cheaper country.
