Pros
1)The salary freshers get for starting 1 year is at 11th of every month which is rubbish every person should get salary on 1st of every month but salary comes on time thats the reason im putting it here in pros. 2)The teams members are good every employee below manager and team leader here is good and have great bonding with each other.

Cons:- HR Team 1)Hr team are good people but they have no power at all hence they cannot help employees the only solution i see regarding the mess greytrix are in could be solved by giving power to an HR. from which she can cross question managers and team leaders. 2) 3 years bond which other company would have 3 years bond in the market the answer is none 3) They take your certificate for 3 years here and after you sign the bond you cant leave for 3 years hr should go against this and make it atleast 2 years and i guess they want to do it but they are not allowed too This is the reason i say that they dont have authority. 4) 1st saturday is working this is worst knightmare as you already have lot of stress in office and you need a break but first saturday is working Managers 1)The team leaders here have no knowledge and if any mistake happens they will blame it on freshers 2)Every employee leaves after 3 years in this company not because of salary but because of politics here. 3)Some managers are good to work with but its very rare 3/15 are good you need to be lucky to get in their team. 4)Freshers take note of this if you join as software developer still you will need to write mails blogs and stuff i will write about the rest of the topics in 2 weeks workenvironment,policy,problems you will face as a new joinee etc
