CEO is very smart, very personable and approachable. She's doing a lot to help culture. Strong accounts team that is very present.

Limited growth opportunities for creative as there is a full roster. Pitches can be brutal, with a lot of moving targets that could be fixed by the C Suite alignments before the work begins. Account team can have too much control over creative at times, kill ideas too quickly.
