Conducive working environment and on time salary disbursement

Kontras

Staffs are micromanaged. No bonus structure, they pay on sentiments. Ensure you negotiate well before accepting their offer else you might not receive salary increment till you resign. They are also easy to sack staffs without a genuine reason
