Because they cover plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, there's always something new going on. It is very hard to get bored when each day looks completely different. We go to trainings consistently too, and the room for growth and promotion is great for everyone.

The trades industry doesn't have enough people coming in that love the work, so its hard to find new apprentices and journeyman that are a good fit.
