The company has a strong culture and is on a strong path in terms of growth and sustainability. The company focuses on helping people instead of share value. There is still a push for performance but not at the expense of people.

Kontras

Hybrid work environment of 2 days in-office per week is unpopular though it is better than many others in 2025.
