Everyone is nice, benefits and pay are good, it is clean

A lot of paperwork. I am a hands in person but found myself bogged down with paperwork

4 weeks PTO, yearly profit sharing bonus, 2 week long shutdowns, tuition assistance, overtime when it's available, light duty work

Below average wages (that's why it's "competitive"). No standing jobs, so you sit down all day (but if you like it then great). High school attitude in this place with all the drama and slander (we are "adults" correct?). Some supervisors show a lot of favoritism and bias/discrimination. Zero promotions and bad raises unless you are a favorite/friend. If a certain supervisor has a personal dislike for you then you will be bullied and your career will go nowhere. Company core values are not followed. Severe lack of communication between management/supervisors and employees. Quality has suffered from either employee apathy, poor training, being rushed to complete orders at last minute or just shear incompetence from the entire factory staff.
