      The owner of this particular franchise is a good person. I make a good income for the work I do.

      Kontras

      The owner's business decisions are questionable and it gives me concern for the future of the company and therefore my job security. Also, after 5 years it has taken a toll on my body.

      Pros

      Great co-workers, good tips, generally busy, clientele overall friendly, management is super cool and will try to be as flexible as possible with your schedule.

      Kontras

      Working evenings and weekends, but that is salon life.

      Flexible schedules, 401k, health, & dental benefits, bonuses (based on salon performance, base wage with poetional to hit commission on service & product sales, fun friendly & welcoming environment for employees/customers, continuing education for growth in the industry, professional career growth with Great Clips (depending upon your franchise)

      Kontras

      Haircutting exclusive so if you enjoy other services in the industry (chemicals, waxing, updo styling) this is not the place Franchised salons, so salons are ran differently.
