Paying hourly wages is a better way as opposed to straight commision or booth rent. But they should have kept the raises the way they were.
Kontras
Benefits package and compensation for a job well done are gone. They have taken away raises and vacation for parttime employees. Decreasing hours and adding more employees does not make sense.
